The privacy of our visitors is of paramount importance to us.

ZipTracker does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information from those that are tracked by the ZipTracker tracking system on behalf of our clients.

When a consumer clicks on an Internet advertisement served by a ZipTracker client company (such as through third-party Web sites or email solicitation) we send a cookie and/or gif file ("Cookies") to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the end user's Internet browser. Cookies are small data files commonly used on the Internet to help optimize and personalize the Internet end user experience and identify repeat visitors to Web sites.

The function of these Cookies is to provide ZipTracker with information for the purpose of reporting to our clients a tally of how many visitors click on a link, create a lead, or make a purchase on an client's Web site. We reserve the right to retain all traffic and reporting data as long as may be reasonably necessary for accounting and audit purposes. This information, however, is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

ZipTracker does not collect users' names, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, or any other information which can be used to identify a specific person.

ZipTracker Client Privacy

ZipTracker.com certifies that all individually identifiable information is kept confidential. We do not sell or disclose any personal information about our users. Information users provide us with at the time of registration is not distributed to any third party users.

All personal information collected by ZipTracker.com (including credit card information for paid services) is kept in secure areas. ZipTracker.com uses secured server areas and advanced technology to minimize the risk of individually identifiable information being compromised.

Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally ZipTracker.com will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide product update and account information.

ZipTracker.com also takes every effort to ensure that the information users provide is correct and up to date. Users are provided with a welcome email after they sign up for every service. Members can change their information any time by going to the Administration Suite of their ZipTracker.com account and updating the information under the “Account” section.

In order for ZipTracker.com members to use our services, they must provide all information requested at the time of registration (site name, username, email, URL). As aforementioned, this information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed.

ZipTracker.com does track general information about people visiting our site and other pages with our tracking service by reading browser settings. This does not include any personal information. This information is only used to determine the composition of our user and visitor base. ZipTracker.com retains the right to use such information and information about members' Web sites (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) in the marketing, general promotion and publicity of ZipTracker.com and its services. ZipTracker.com reserves the right to publish, by default, 24-hour unique visitor statistics and other basic site information (including but not limited to: country of origin, site name and site URL, but not including any proprietary information from members' sites) as part of ZipTracker.com's service. None of the information collected by ZipTracker.com is sold by ZipTracker.com.
